June Activities

JUNE 1st – CHOCOLATE FEST – Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!! If you crave chocolate, then this is the weekend you have been waiting for. Start your weekend off with a movie at Yogi’s Theater. Take the time to enjoy an out-of-control sweet weekend with a chocolate pudding eating contest, pudding slide, crafts, bingo, golf cart games, wagon rides and a yummy cake walk. For those that have a real sweet tooth, come and enjoy the evening chocolate buffet with music from DJ Jim. The gospel group, "THE HARVEYS" leads our Sunday service.

JUNE 8th – GO BANANAS -JUNGLE SAFARI WEEKEND- Come on a Safari Trip through the Jellystone Park Jungle. Get your safari hats on and let’s get started. The kids will start their day off hunting for their breakfast through the Jellystone Park Jungle. We will continue the safari trip as we hunt for bananas, Safari Animals and jungle eggs. Don’t forget to make a Jungle Craft and take a ride on the Yogi Express through the Jungle. Make sure you save some time to enjoy our visit from the Fort Wayne Zoomobile, as they will have some fun critters from Africa. Adults can enjoy a few adventures as well with a Safari golf cart hunt, bingo and so much more. Live music by "LITTLE ORPHAN ANDY". "THE LINDSEYS" lead our worship service.

JUNE 15th – FATHERS KNOW BEST WEEKEND – Calling all dads! Start your weekend off with a fun movie at Yogi Bear’s Theater with the kids. Then take the time to compete against your kids on some fun challenges, which include dodge ball, fishing contest, worm eating contest, and so much more. Dance your evening away with your family on the beach with more challenges and DJ Jim. Dads, don’t forget to pick up your Father’s Day gift from Yogi Bear. *FLEA MARKET WEEKEND. Join the gospel singers "SISTERS X TWO" for Sunday music praise.

JUNE 22nd – YOGI BEAR’S BIRTHDAY– Come out for a party!!! Yes, it is YOGI BEAR’S birthday. For Yogi Bear’s birthday, welcome Comedian-Magician Patrick Blair as he entertains the whole family. Boo Boo asks that instead of a gift for Yogi this year, he would like you to bring a canned good for the local food pantry. Hop on the Birthday train for a ride around the park and look for a picnic basket. Along with Yogi’s party, we will enjoy bingo, golf cart games, pass the present and much more. Enjoy live music by the band "PROBABLE CAUSE". "UNITY" leads our Sunday worship service.

JUNE 29th – CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY – Why celebrate one day of Independence Day when we can make it a week. We will start with a CRAFT SHOW, a fabulous parade and an amazing FIREWORKS display along with live music by "SIMPLE CRUSH" on Saturday night and then, continue the celebration throughout the week to July 4th. During this celebration, enjoy karaoke with your fellow campers, dance the night to the music by DJ Jim, take some family time to watch a great family movie; and of course, enjoy our many other activities to keep you busy all day such as bingo, sports tournaments, kid’s crafts, candy bar bingo, golf cart games, scavenger hunts and much more. Join with the gospel group, "THE KING’S FOUR", as they praise the Lord in our Sunday service.
